GP Wash Club is a monthly unlimited wash subscription.
That means for 1 monthly price you can wash as much as you want! Just got a wash and it starts to rain? No problem, swing back by to wash it again, and again, and again…
Great question. You can sign up in store at the car wash location or sign up online today!
After providing some basic information for your account we will register a small RFID sticker to your vehicle. This RFID sticker will go in the top corner of your windshield and should remain there. If you’re signing up online, we’ll register the RFID to your vehicle next time you’re in store.
The RFID sticker allows us to streamline your experience by telling us what wash package you have when you arrive. Once your RFID sticker is registered you are good to go!
Each vehicle that uses the unlimited wash package will need it’s own subscription. If you have more than one vehicle you can manage the vehicles on your account within your member profile.
When you sign up, you will provide credit card information for the card you would like to keep on file. This card will be charged monthly for the amount of the Wash Club package you choose. It’s super convenient, and after two washes, you’re already saving money!
You may cancel your membership at any time with no additional fees for cancelling. Simply stop by our location at 3130 Hwy 77 and one of our associates will help you.
You will not receive a refund if cancelling your plan. If the payment has already been withdrawn from your account, you may use your plan for the remainder of the month. Cancellation should be made at least 7 days out from your next payment to avoid being charged.
If you would like to upgrade, just let the attendant know when you arrive and you will pay the difference between your normal preferred wash and the upgrade at the time of service.
Absolutely. You can simply go online to adjust your wash package selection. If you’re upgrading, the new difference will be prorated for the remainder of the month. If you’re downgrading, the change will go into effect the following month.
No. If you don’t currently have a credit card on file, you will be prompted to add one to your account when selecting your wash package.
Transfers must be authorized by an associate. To transfer your wash club subscription from one vehicle to another, see an associate in store.
