Gift Card Terms and Conditions

The following Terms and Conditions apply to both physical gift cards as well as eGift Cards.

1. 1. eGift cards are not physical gift cards and will be emailed at the time of purchase.
   2. Good for purchases at all Grease Pro, Inc. locations for all services including the following: oil changes, auto repair, vehicle purchases, and car washes (excluding Unlimited Wash Plans).
   3. For balance inquiries, visit any Grease Pro location, or for eGift cards, click redeem in your gift card email for a transactional history and current balance.

REDEEMING

1. 1. Present the Gift card to the cashier at the time of payment. Any unused amount can be applied to a future purchase.
   2. Gift Cards can be redeemed at all locations in all departments (Car Wash, Oil Change, Auto Repair, and Car & Truck Sales.

EXCLUSIONS

1. 1. Gift cards cannot be redeemed towards Unlimited Wash Club plans.
   2. Not valid on the purchase of gift cards.
   3. Not redeemable for cash. eGift cards have no expiration.

eGift 

The Grease Pro eGift Card program allows you to purchase and send a virtual Grease Pro Gift Card via email. You may choose the design and dollar value (within certain limits) and complete your purchase using a credit card or debit card. You authorize Grease Pro to charge your credit or debit card at the time you purchase your eGift Card.

We will send you a receipt and send the recipient of your eGift card an email notifying them that they have received an eGift from you. The recipient will have the option to add the eGift balance to their GP Loyalty Rewards Member account, show the QR to the cashier at time of redemption, or print the eGift to bring into the store to make a purchase. If recipient chooses to add eGift card to Member account, balance will be added to GP Cash balance.

Each eGift has a unique order number associated with it.

GENERAL

By purchasing or redeeming a Grease Pro gift card, you agree to these terms and conditions. Grease Pro reserves the right to cancel or modify any aspect of these terms and conditions, including, without limitation, the expiration policy, at any time. Any changes can be made without advance notice and any such changes would be stated in an updated version of these Terms. You are responsible for remaining knowledgeable about these Terms, so review these Terms regularly. A customer’s gift card balance, as reflected in Grease Pro’s records, shall be deemed conclusive and correct. Grease Pro reserves the right to determine the value of any customer’s gift card balance based on Grease Pro’s internal records. In the event of an inconsistency between the balance of a gift card and Grease Pro’s internal records, Grease Pro’s internal records will control. Grease Pro Inc assumes no responsibility for errors caused by incorrect information entered by customers. The sale of gift cards is prohibited and may result in the confiscation or cancellation of your gift card.
